According to the textbook, (chapter 2.4 page 42) morning sickness is common with almost all pregnant women. many things can trigger the sickness, but there are also things that can to help to prevent it. for example, munching on bread products can help reduce the sickness, whereas strong odors can help trigger them.

I would say I did not find this specific remedy with chat gbt. Also, chat gbt simply gave me about 11 methods for avoiding morning sickness, whereas the textbook taught me the origins of pregnancy sickness, when it starts, and when it when it will most likely fade away.

For this question, i used a website called the st. martin medical center. the link is :

https://smmc.sx/News/ArticleID/109/What-are-the-advantages-and-disadvantages-of-breastfeeding

I did research on this website and it has been proven to help many mothers.

upon my research, i read on the website, that "The benefits of breastfeeding extend well beyond basic nutrition". the website states that breast milk has all the vitamins and nutrients that a baby needs in their first 6 months. The breast milk actually fights off diseases to keep your baby safe. There are however disadvantages to breastfeeding such as, There can pain that comes with with breastfeeding. When you first start breastfeeding, you may experience sore breasts.

when i read the textbooks point on breastfeeding, (chapter 3.2 page 77) i noticed that breast milk helps to fight off diseases, which was also stated in the website that i used.

when i was reading the textbook i was given many ways breastfeeding can be a disadvantage. in the textbook, (chapter 3.2 page 78) i read that even if a mother is very passionate about feeding their baby, her body can let her down. This made me think of what i read on the website i chose. How mothers can be painfully affected by the process, and act.

A local program that i would describe would probably be Dearborn theatre. here is a link to the program:

https://www.dearborntheater.com/whats-on/15-dearborn-youth-theatre-classes

the program offers a great experience of participating in performances. Everyone in the cast is included to no one is cut from the cast after auditions. i myself participated in the program a years ago. this program helps people of all ages, to make friends along the way of working hard to create a great performance. the program fosters friend making, learning cool stage skills and moves, and expands imagination.

I read in the textbook (chapter 5.5 page 154) that pretending is actually a part of social development. children often play as different characters, for example, playing as a superhero, or as a police officer. that 'pretending' is actually considered acting, which is exactly what the program offers.

report on the two most interesting and helpful pieces of information you learned from them

After taking the first quiz, i learned that i have an authoritative parenting style. i learned that I'm very care for and support my children very much, and have high expectations from them. i also learned that i am quit forgiving, and will most likely grow up to be independent, grounded and happy.

I am actually pretty happy with these results. this is almost exactly how i would like to parent, when i do become one in the future. I asked my mom if this sounded anything like her childhood, she told me that it wasn't exactly like it, but it was pretty close. her mother would set ground rule and have logic behind it. her parents were very forging, given the fact that they were immigrants, and new that mistakes are a part of life, as they have made many in their lives.

after taking the second quiz, the result that came back is that im an authoritarian. i didn't really expect this. i learned that im the grown up and i know what's right. I don't find it necessary to discuss logics behind my rules, however i am very fair and set rules for a reason.

i cant say i actually relate to this very much myself, as i am still a child. i understand certain things, like having fair rules, but i dont really like the fact that there is no explanation given behind them.

I've always came up with great solutions to most problems. i always look on the bright side. an example of this was actually just a few days ago. we were having a class party, and the person who was in charge of managing the food, got really sick, so i quickly took over. i collected all the money from the students, in order to purchase the food, and was even able to have 300 chicken wings donated, as well as salad just 20 hours before the party. i thought quickly on my feet and in doing so the entire class got to enjoy some delicious food, during the party. in this situation i had to take the wheel and think very fast.

This has got to be my first experience ever having to use ai for an assignment. it was actually pretty easy. it made things go way faster than i thought they would. i did like how they gave me many answers to my questions. i didn't like how there wasn't more to read about the topic. the information provided by ai was pretty legit and valid. If i do use AI again in the future, I think I would as follow up questions, and not just one question itself. i don't really know how or why AI is so easy to access. it has its pros and cons to it, just like everything else.
