The Big Five Paradigm quiz shows five main personality factors. All of which range from 1-100. If you get a number closer to 1 in some particular category, that could mean something different that if you get a higher score in that particular category. The 5 main Personalities factors are, openness to experience which is imaginative and open mind, conciseness to experience which is work ethic, extroversion which is outgoing/ friendliness, agreeableness which is how compassionate, and lastly natural reactions which is prone to worry. Example: If you are dealing with a problem in a social area, being an extrovert would give you a better chance to handle the conflict. While if you were an introvert, dealing with a problem in a social area would more difficult as you wouldn’t react as steadily as an extrovert.

Risk Taker

The risk taking test judges you upon you answers to the presented questions. If you are a risk taker you don't really think about the consequences and you might do something drastic just to do it. You are not a risk taker if you neglect to try something new and you are afraid of what might come from taking the risk. You are average if you would still take a risk but your a little worried about and you would do whats smart. An example of a situation like this would be if someone offered you to go skydiving, a risk taker would say yes in a second, while a non risk taker wouldn't think twice about going. A semi risk taker would think about he consequences and try hard to decide whats right to do.

A fixed or growth mindset determines if would quit after failing once or continue to try try and try again. A growth mindset, for example would be if you went up to bat at a baseball game and you struck out. Since you struck out you think that mind as well stop trying because you are going to just strike out. A growth mindset would be if you struck out at a baseball game, and after you started practicing a lot to get better for your next at bat.
