Evidence-when I started at college I had no freinds as they were doing different courses to me so I had to talk to new people and get to know them more and had to work in groups with people I have never met before I managed to speak to new people and made more freinds I could have spoke more and spoke more loud and clearly towards them

I had to get the bus first time on my own I had to speak to the bus driver and tell him where I wanted to go I spoke loud and clearly next I could have walked down to the bus stop on my own without my sister walking me down to the bus stop

assignments make you feel motivated as they as make me feel accomplished. and breaking it down into smaller parts this helps to make it manageable and doing so it help me feel more motivated as doing that make me celebrated each part and having small victories and make me want to keep going and helps me get my assignments in on time and not get behind

I used to help out in baby ballet as I used to help teach little kids how to dance this could be with navigating steps routines with patience and understanding and used to help them out when they were struggling and teach them new things and help the teacher as there were so many kids. I helped at my dads railway exhibition as I took the role as mentor and supporter by assisting visitors with any information about the exhibits and helping them to navigate them to navigate the displays. I provided technical support, troubleshooting if any issues arose with the exhibits to ensure it was a safe and enjoyable event for visitors.
