Tip: Rules and routines, and Practice! Work life balance, set boundaries for yourself and do your job!

Advice: Be extra nice to the office ladies and the custodian. Listen to your coworkers! Try new things. Leave home problems at home.

Go to assessments: Start with standards and break it apart into what it actually means. 5 essential questions. Opportunity to go above and beyond and teach peers.

Tip: Go slow to start. Realize it is going to be hard to take everything in. Take a little piece that makes the most sense and ace that and then move on.

Advice: Don't feel like you have to do it all at once. Look at things as a compass rather than a map.
