Hubby and I don't tend to get in photos. Max is cheesing it up because he's normally just as solemn as I am and that was his response to me asking for a little cheer. I also asked the kids to put on Santa hats, so Alex put his flat on his head. We homeschool and Max's biology and careers curriculum arrived late in the semester, so he and I spent almost every day of break learning about DNA, RNA, and doing labs. Punnett squares are his nemesis.
