         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong><em>RESEARCH PROBLEM : </em></strong><br>The effect of unemployment fresh graduates.<br><br><strong>1.IDEAL SITUATION </strong><strong><em>:</em></strong></div><div>The employer should provide opportunities for fresh graduates to gain work experience.<br><strong><em>2.</em></strong><strong>REALITY SITUATION :<br></strong>A few company to accepted employee based on their experience and certification.<br><strong>3.PROPOSED SOLUTION :</strong><br>As a reseacher i would like to find out causes of un employment and the strategies to increase fresh graduates employability.<br>-hold programs to encourage young people to become entrepreneurs.<br>-large-scale employment information portal platform for rural employment.<br>-Reducing the number of unskilled foreign workers in our economy, especially in the services sector.<br><br><strong><em>RESEARCH QUESTION :</em></strong><strong><br></strong>what are the factors and effects for youth unemployment to the country?<br><strong><em>RESEARCH OBJECTIVE :<br></em></strong><em>To find out what are the causes and effects affecting unemployment among fresh graduates to the country</em><br><em><mark>FACTORS: </mark></em><em>                                                                                                                                </em><em><mark>EFFECTS</mark></em></div><ol><li>Lack of experience or skills will limit job opportunities                               - New and less skilled workers will be fired immediately.</li><li>The collapse during the economic downturn caused the firm                             - Causing job opportunities to decrease and in turn increasing the unemployment cycle</li></ol><div>         to have to reduce its output or stop operations     <em><br>   </em> 3. Humans attitude prefer to choose job based on the suitability                           - Causes labor mobility does not exist and Unemployment occurs<br>        and qualifications<br>    4. The increasing age factor does not affect the youth deciding to                        - Social problems and crime in society will increase.<br>         not working<br>    5. Population is more than the number of jobs                                                           - Unemployment can cause society to not be able to maximize the level of prosperity it achieves<br>    6.
