When I finish reading the standards I try to enter to the database and understand its structure and model, and how do the standards apply on it. Then, I work on a list of exercises to couple to the standards and their use in common programming practices. Later, my boss gives me my first assignation: the specification about a PQRS form. That specification describes how to create the form, its content, its functionality and recommendations about how to create it: following the standards, I create the form, implement the functionality specified and start the test of it. Once completed, I write a document about what I did, how did I it, and how does it function, including information about what is needed to be able to use it, and what is generated with that use.
