         <description><![CDATA[<div>Climate change is severly effecting the quality of the serfice watter in the desert life zone climate change is sloly making it so that the waters quality is going to go down and it will afect plant and animal life along rivers and streams. Because of climate change native plants could  be severly afected this could kill off lots of native plants.
