Activism is when you are acting in what you believe, toward a future that you want to have. I had a fellowship focused in immigrant justice work and I helped research mental health resources for immigrant youth in CO!
There's a lot, but one that I see often is homelessness, which is related to poverty and food insecurity, particularly within the PoC community

Activism to me is standing up and making a change in something you believe is a problem. I have participated in it by protesting for gun violence. I notice lots of gun violence being faced in my community.

In my family i see a lot of ableism and racism that they face.
