This is an example of loss for Emika since it shows her that she was wrong and Zero was actually trying to stop Hideo which makes you think that Hideo is the bad guy and all this time he has just been manipulating Emika to do what he wants. This shows power because it shows that Hideo can make a technology that can have power over the whole world and can control all of their decisions. This could be bad for the world if the AI gets out of hand, and it also brings up the question: Is Zero the good guy, and Hideo the evil guy?. It brings this up because having power over the whole world and controlling it is an evil thing, and wanting to get rid of it is a good thing. We see how Hideo's relationship with power has become more and more obvious throughout the story. At first, he just seemed like an innocent game creator who sought assistance with catching a hacker. But now this semblance has been stripped away to reveal a person who is hungry for power and control, and to avenge his brother by projecting his frustration and remorse out into the world on other people who might cause the same problems.
