* Wraps don't need to be tight; simply ensure that all of the nappy is covered and none is peeking out.

* The Airflow wrap should have a loose, bloomer style fit (see fit guide); all other wraps should be tucked to the knicker line. The size 1 Little Lambs and Medium Airflow will fit up to 20 lbs (9kg).

* The larger insert has a PUL layer as extra leak protection; this makes it slower drying. Twist inside out after a few hours, so all sides can air.
* Light wetters may not need both inserts; young infants can use the smaller of the two when the nappy is on the smaller setting. Older babies who are not heavy wetters may be fine with just the larger of the 2. However, always tailor absorbency to your baby's needs; if you experience leaks, add another insert, or a booster.
* Fleece topped, so no need for a fleece liner unless you choose to add one.

Changing the rise adjusts the legs by making the legholes tighter or looser, and will either shorten or increase the length. A correctly fitted pocket should ideally sit with the elastics in the 'knicker line', to prevent chafing and leaks.

   If the legs are gappy, they may leak. If you do have a leak, it is tempting to try and fix it by make the nappy tighter at the waist - however, this will not remove the gap, and will make it less comfortable for your baby. The waist does not need to be tight. If you can get 2 of your fingers inside the waistband, your child will be comfy when they sit up.
