It all depends on people's starting point. Make sure not to overdo things. It takes time for our bodies to react the way you want them do. If losing weight is a goal, make up a plan that allows you to rest and eat well. Losing even just a pound is a great success. Hopping on the threadmill every single day is bad for your body.

A friend of mine has done a lot of horrible things. Smoking, drugs, and other stuff I shouldn't be talking about. His problem went on for about 4 years. His parents acted like nothing was wrong with him, and it made most of his close friends angry. (I'm just going to call him Frank). Frank didn't give a darn about what people said.. until the day he started to suffer. His daily routin became a struggle, and the only ones to help him around were now his parents. Just because Frank chose to walk on the wrong path, he felt like he was dragging everyone else along with him; and he wanted to change that. He had asked for everyone to let him be for at least a week. His dedication really payed off. In just a eshort amount of time, he finally walked on the right path.
