Famous people are not mystical creatures, they can relate to a lot of hard/ rough situations.
I think what the video has taught me is that it doesn't matter what kind of situation or issue you are going through but you can get through it if you focus all your negativity, anger, and sadness into your passion you can become successful or feel some relaxation or a sense of escape.
