  • Get a car

    I turn 16 soon and my parents and I have been saving money to buy me a car. I don't have a specific vehicle that I want. I'm okay as long as it gets me from point A to point B.

  • Get a kitty

    I have been dreaming of getting a cat for years now. They are the cutest and sweetest little animals. This year for my birthday I'm hoping to finally get one!

  • Get my CNA

    My high school offers the CNA class, that I hope to take. If I get my CNA then I will be able to work in the nursing home. There I will learn many new skills that could help me in my future career of nursing.

  • Graduate from high-school

    This is a pretty standard plan because I have to finish high school in order to go to college. Also, I hope to take some college classes while still in high school.

  • Go to college and get a 4-year degree

    I plan to attend a university, not sure where yet. I want to get a bachelor's degree in either nursing, law, or education.

  • Become either a nurse, lawyer, or teacher

    With this education, I want to become either a registered nurse, a lawyer, or a teacher. My first choice would probably be nursing. I've dreamed of being a nurse, just like my mom was since I was little. I love the idea of helping others and having the skills to save a life. My second choice would be law. The legal system has always intrigued me and my parents say I would make a great lawyer. I think I would enjoy that, but it would be quite hard to pass the bar. My third option is teaching. In kindergarten, I said that I wanted to become a teacher with my best friend at the time. While I still like that idea, it's not my favorite because kids stress me out. Also, I wouldn't be able to deal with the lack of respect and manners from the students, but I do love helping others grow and learn new things.

  • My Mom

    My mother is the sweetest and most amazing person I have come to know. She is a great role model for me and has taught me so many valuable things. She is so strong and beautiful, I love her with all my heart. Without her impact, I would not be where I am today.

    Jade is my best friend and the kindest person ever. She is so smart and caring. She saved me in all the ways that a person can be saved. She has helped me so much in life and I'm forever grateful for her.


  • Mrs. Lovin

    She was my former 6th-grade English teacher and family advisor. She was super sweet and caring and helped me grow a love for writing. She was also super encouraging and helped me with many things outside of school as well. I'm very blessed to have had her as a teacher and role model.
