Cultural belief because Kamehameha was actually born and had to get taken away from his mom at birth.

part 2 (April) (Zavier)

Nae'ole takes baby Kamehameha to a mountain where he and the baby can take a break only to end up having to continue to run thanks to the attack from the soldiers.

Nae'ole, Kamehameha's caretaker, teaches him lots of important skills such as fishing and farming/pounding poi for food

This is fictional because the wife Keaka and her sister Hakau. Took care of him Not Na'ole

Part 3(Zavier)

Kamehameha wins his first fight, but is not happy about the results. He wins the fight by a long shot, which would seem like a victory, but to him, he sees a massacre, and does not accept the victory of the fight

Cultural Belief because he did win his first fight and was not happy with happened after.

Part 5 (Zavier)(kekai)

Kamehameha discovered foreigners specifically people from the mainland, they had guns and all sorts of weaponry. (Pg. 34)

Cultural Belief because he did discover foreigners and from there he discover trading.

Part 6 (Zavier)

Foreigners brought over diseases, which the Hawaiian people did not have the immune system for, and therefor took the lives of many. (Pg. 41)

Cultural Belief because when foreigners kept coming the Hawaiians would keep catching diseases. Because they didn't have any immune system so people kept dying and getting sick.

Part 7 (Zavier)

Kamehameha always wanted to have peace between the islands of Hawaii, and never wanted any war to go on. He believed in wanting peace for everyone since his first ever battle (Pg. 47)

Cultural Belief because Kamehameha found a way to bring peace to the island.

Part 8 (Zavier)

The law of the splintered paddle. Kamehameha was blinded by his goals of getting people to use as sacrifice to his god, so much so that as soon as he saw a poor helpless fisherman and his family, he ran right to them. He unfortunately fell into a hole and could not get out, trapped. The fisherman took this opportunity to strike back, smashing his paddle right upside Kamehameha's head, cracking his skull open. (Pg. 54)

Cultural Belief because the splintered paddle law is true and people still use this now days and they use it in past as well.

Part 9 (Zavier)

Kamehameha was in pursuit with another chief, who had killed someone close to Kamehameha, and he wanted them dead. His bloodlust was so bad in fact, that he followed him all the way to a valley, cornered him and the inhabitants of that island, and open fired with large cannons for the whole day. They fired so long that they didn't realize the person they were after had already left, and they had only been firing at innocent people (Pg. 61)

Cultural Belief because he was in pursuit with another chief and had a anger rage and killed innocent people. After he notice what he did and apologies to his people and basically everyone.

Part 10 (Caleb,Zavier)

Kamehameha sees Pele emerge from the sky, and after a few moments, vanish... Which defeats an enemy of his, allowing Kamehameha the time to build a Hale for his god, to hope to gain a bond with the god and gain their powers to win a victory in his next battle. All of the people of his island helped to bring stones up the mountain to where he was building the hale and finish this as soon as possible. (Pg. 65)

Cultural Belief because Kamehameha did meet Pele.

Part 11 (Zavier)

Kamehameha fights one last battle, the battle to claim all of Hawaii, and to unite all of his people (Pg. 75)

Cultural Belief because he did fight his last battle and it was called Nu'uanu.

Part 12 (Zavier) (Final)

Kamehameha has fought all his battles, he has claimed all of Hawaii under his name, and will pass all of it down to his children. He has fulfilled his prophecy and can live his last years peacefully. (Pg. 82)

Cultural Belief because he did bring peace to the Hawaiians islands in 1810.

Cultural Belief because he had to move the Naha stone so you could be the ruler of the island.
