The difference in the calories is 1,650. This meal also contains 870 less fat in grams. This meal is lighter yet still nutritious and also you still get to enjoy chocolate.  </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Eating healthy is an essential to us human beings because it is important to get the needed nutrition and vitamins we need in our bodies. However, it is also important not to over consume daily. When eating at fast food restaurants and also at home you should think about portions and what they consist of. You should have some type of protein, vegetables, grains, fruit, and dairy throughout the day in your meals. Portion size is also important. It is important to limit your portions because if not, it could lead to overeating when not needed. Another thing is to limit sugar intake throughout the day. The best form of sugar to intake is through fruits instead of through artificially&nbsp;flavored things also. Eating healthy does not have to be hard, just simply think about what you need when picking your meal or gathering your meal. </div>]]></description>

         <title>Why the Alternative is Healthier</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The alternative meal I picked from Olive Garden is more healthier because overall it contains less calories and also less fat grams. First I chose to replace the Chicken &amp; Gnocchi Soup with a salad to make sure I get my daily vegetables. Second I picked the Herb- grilled Salmon over the Steak Gorgonzola Alfredo because you are still getting protein you need except with less calories and an energy boost. Lastly, I chose to do a mini Dolcini - Dark Chocolate Caramel Cream instead of the Black Tie Mousse Cake to lessen my sugar intake but also to enjoy chocolate but not over do it.</div>]]></description>
