         <description><![CDATA[<p>Student : Shyam Ravindra and Yash.</p><p>Topic : Pronouns and some  text book topics .</p><p><br></p><p>Flow:  for the first 15 mins I'll check their knowledge of nouns. If I get satisfactory answers than I'll move forward with pronouns otherwise I'll teach them again. Remaining hour I'll teach them pronouns. First I'll teach them in Gujarati સર્વનામ - નામ ને બદલે વપરાતો શબ્દ . Then I'll explain in English with the help of table of first person second person and third person.</p><p> And the last half hour I'll give them reading practice from textbook.</p><p><br></p><p>Activity:  I'll make flashcards for pronouns and ask them to show the respective flashcard for the nouns I ask.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Shyam, Ravindra, Yash</p><ol><li><p>Multi-digit addition, subtraction and multiplication</p></li><li><p>Ravindra and Yash I'm expecting to have taught 2 digit multiplication to by the end of the lesson. (Revise in the case of Yash) Shyam I'll give extra questions to for addition and subtraction, since he seems to require more practice. </p></li><li><p>For engagement, I think we'll play a trivia kind of game but with math questions where they have to pick a question difficulty level, and they get points accordingly. </p></li></ol>]]></description>

Objective- That the students be able to both draw and interpret bar graphs. And that the class moves at a good pace and that we are able to start Median.</p></li><li><p>Flow- Go over what we did last class (mainly have them speak) &gt; Make one more bar graph (4a) &gt; Give one bar graph and have them interpret and answer questions, and assign one for HW &gt; Show newspaper clippings of data (like yearly trends, cricket scores, etc.) and get them to interpret and understand this information &gt; Reiterate importance of data in our lives* &gt; Start Mean, Median, Mode &gt; First go over Mean and Mode and give real-life examples of where it is useful* to know these values &gt; Write definition in NB* and do a few practice sums &gt; Touch upon Median  </p></li><li><p>Engagement- </p><p>a) We'll roll a dice 5 times each, take note of numbers through tally marks, and then plot the data on graph papers.</p><p>b) We'll stick newspaper clippings of various kinds of data in the notebook. </p><p>c) Using the dice again, we'll find the mean and mode for the data collected for 4a.</p><p>Bonding-</p><p>d) Quick Draw: We'll draw a portrait of someone else in the class or of anyone else present- within a specified time (3 minutes).</p><p>Materials to get: Dice, Graph Papers, Newspaper Clippings, Drawing Pencils.</p></li></ol>]]></description>
