hard skills are more important because hard skills are the base and soft skills are like the branches and leaves in a tree.for example, lets say i am working for a company and I have more hard skills than soft skills. I am given a group work. even though I can't really work well in a group I can do all the work that needs to be done by my group. whereas a person with more soft skills than hard skills in this same situation would give everyone equal amount of work but he may not be able to complete which will cause a huge problem ,argument and then everyone ends up fighting. the work wouldn't be completed
