I would say Hagrid is a mentor because he helps harry threw out the movie and lead him in the right direction in the movie and made harry a good wizard

I think professor McGonagalall- cat is the Shapeshifter because he can change his size and shape whenever he wants.

I think Ron and Hermlone are the allies because they support harry and help him when needed a is willing to fight for the hero.
