before you freak out, dont worry, I didnt hack you or Geniebook, but I have my means of getting your email.

This email is solely to give you my feedback.

Firstly, i find this live session very beneficial and helpful in terms of my education and i really like this session alot, cause the slides are nice and the questions there are also very challenging which pumps me up and gets me all excited.

Secondly, i find the class session very entertaining (not in a bad way), as in like its very lively with the teachers (esp. Teacher Jonathan) when they explain and use very comedic terms to explain questions which does not make me lose focus easily and really steals my attention. This is like one of the main reasons I look forward to every genieask live session.

Thirdly, i like the way you (guys) introduce fresh ideas into the sessions, like on the first and second there was like a cute introduction and then was removed afterwards and the most recent one (june) there was a quizziz which i believe you made. I think its a great way to grasp attention from people as they feel involved (thats personally how i feel)

Fourthly, I really like the way you guys introduce different topics every single session, which i believes, is following the Genieclass syllabus and lessons and i think it is a great way to recap on the topics that we had just done so it acts as a GREAT REFRESHER, which brings me back to my first point on being very beneficial.

<My Feedback>

- I think that there is alot of information given, and is sometimes quite rush too, which may make things seem abit confusing and I feel that such a fun and exciting session should not be held once a month, so i was hoping that maybe we could increase the number of sessions to like fortnightly so that it is easier for recapping purposes since some topics in genieclass end earlier, like in this case, i think we missed out the topic on Particulate Nature of Matter, which i found abit difficult but its okay, ill wait for my school teacher to work on it.\

- I feel that the session should also be abit longer, although I understand your reasons for a Friday 8pm, since a class ends at 7.30 and there is a 30min break required and working hours is till 9, maybe we could start earlier at maybe 7.45? Cause as mentioned above, its quite rush. But if not possible, then as mentioned above, i think having more (at least 2 pls) will be better and more beneficial too!

- I think that this livestream is going well since there are very few people so you get alot of attention to your questions and all and I really really enjoy and look forward to every single livestream which I think is a very very good sign to show that this is going really well, as compared to GB E-Math, where they just answer your questions live and thats it, which i find dull and think that we can just use geniask for it and there really isnt a need for a live session (unless emergency)

- Maybe we could also have like a small session where you guys can answer our questions live (as some questions can be very difficult and hard to undestand unless explained live), i know i mentioned above that explaining questions live is like practivally useless but i think for Science, we need this session as some questions can be too difficult to handle.

(maybe you guys can bring back the old feature or new feature of where students can call teachers for a short question) < -- yes, i have my ways of finding out past geniebook or maybe even future geniebook features.

Overall, I think you guys are really doing a great job with everything, when it comes to designs or sotm (student of the month) posters or like weekly activities or the creativity in the text messages that Teacher Dhivya sends for the Activities, and I really enjoy them alott, which makes me quite motivated to do as much as I can. You guys are also very encouraging, which gives me courage to ask questions and not afraid of getting scolded or something (you know what i mean)

Thanks for working hard and putting in significant effort in making these livestreams and the genieask chats lively and fun and giving me something to look forward (almost) everyday!
