MY advice for future students is to look into the classes make sure what you want to take.
I wish I would have known that i had to do interviews.
I was worried about doing the interview but it ended up good.

I was very wrong and now know that a lot of hard work goes into training and development. Not only that, but there are so many ways you can do it. 


My advice for a future student would be to keep an open mind and be patient, it will all come together. 

I wish I would have known that I would actually end up enjoying the process of sharing and replying to the other students. All of the different outlooks are there for you to learn from. 

I was worried when the interview final was announced, but it ended up being a good experience.

My advice for future students is to try to make sure you reflect on the topic at hand and really see where and how you can add that into you careers in the future.
I wish I would have known that it really wasnt so hard to get going on some of these topics and disscusions, and interviews, it felt very normal and it should. 
I was worried about my grades when i started, I'm always skeptical of my writing since I tend to write like a journalist and spew out what I'm thinking as I think it, but it ended up being just right, I'm happy with the grades I've recieved for my discussions and the feed back.

I thought training and development was going to be hard, but now I think it was a rewarding class that taught me many applicable topics.

My advice for a future student is to not be nervous. This class is a great way to learn about talent and development strategies in the workforce.

I wish I would have known that I had this opportunity sooner.

I was worried about due dates when I started, but it ended up working out perfectly.
