Scratch is a program for coding with easy to find color blocks in a drag and drop format. While these blocks can be limited or difficult yo understand at times, it's a good way for an introduction into learning coding.  It's like Legos but for coding.

In the beginning we were just told to make something, and it was extremely limited due to we had not learned anything about Scratch before. Then as we completed activities, we were able to go back and expand our first project into something better.
