1.David defeated the tribe know as the Philistines.
2.David was the head priest of the Hebrews in his time
3.David made the city of Jerusalem a holy city.

Two things that surprised me
1. That David as a young made killed Goliath the Philistines greatest warrior.
2. Also david was the most sacred king in the Herbrews ever.

2. It is a salt lake
3. It is know for all the minerals around it

2 things that surprised me 
1. It’s minerals are used to help treat infections
2. Over the last 30 years the lake has shrunk 75 feet. It is now evaporating nearly 10 feet a year.
