Just like on land, sea creatures need to survive. They need to eat, take care of young, reproduce, and have protection. So, there is constant competition, danger and movement in the ocean. Sea animals will travel far distances every year for survival. Whether they need to find a home, get a good meal or get cleaned off by some local fish.

- There is constantly competing between animals. For example, after the Giant Horse Conch eats the snail many hermit crabs fight for the opportunity to use the shell of the snail that was eaten.
- Many species migrate every year for a better chance at survival. Like the lobster that travelled 150km for more shallow and warm waters for her babies to hatch. Once she arrived she had to once again compete for a home.
- The food web is attracts many groups of species to specific areas during a certain time of year for a better chance at eating. A sea mount in the pacific creates a ecosystems for many large schools of fish, which attract tuna which in turns attracts a group of thousands of sharks.

I found the hammerhead sharks being cleaned by the local fish most interesting. It was crazy how the hammerheads know in order to survive they need to be cleaned by those fish or else the bacteria of the trek they just took will be too damaging.

Overall predators have some pretty amazing sense that help them be extra sharp when it comes to hunting. These predators eye sight, smell, electromagnetic field, water pressure sense, keen hearing and other abilities all come into play when it is time to eat. For example, Bottlenose dolphins use echolocation to find grey mullets under the surface of the sand. When their lower jaw creates sound-waves to determine if their is a hard object ( fish) under the sand. Sharks have electrical impulse receivers that work ten inches or closer to a prey. They can then determine if a fish is hiding in that certain crevice based on that fishes electrical impulse that we all have.
