Organisation - Emailing staff during lessons for student work that day is not realistic for all staff as many do not sit on their laptops throughout their lessons and teaching.

E.g. have had request for student work sent during the day (not before school) and have not seen the request until later in the day, therefore no work sent.

Ensure that work prepared and sent by teacher is completed by student. If not, needs to be communicated by LEC staff with reason provided.

E.g. Have had students in LEC and they have not started/attempted work that set by teacher.

Staff under more stress to organise busy work for some subjects when it would be easier for them to be in class. Eg art prac classes

High flyers don’t really improve- just a few lessons of time off.

Don't send students back if they're continuously acting up in the LEC.
