Most of what the founders of the constitutions admired about Aristotle was his "rule of law", everyone has to obey laws. Tyranny- Rule by one man with his own interests in mind
Oligarchy- Rule by few with their own interests
Democracy- Rule by many with their own interests

Aristotle believes that democracy is flawed because he believed that that's how the poor would rule not the rich. 

Aristotle's favorite form of government is aristocracy because it is for the common good and takes everyone in. 

Moving on, Aristotle belives democracy and monarchy end up in tyranny, which is why he doesn't like those types of governments.

Also, Aristotle thought that people from higher power should be punished if a crime was committed and the constitution says in in Clause 2 of Section 5  that members should be inspected and treated like normal citizens when coming to an inspection.
