I think this my be a type of way people are disrespecting someone they don't like. This may be a person who died or was already punished and the people are celebrating. The people also look very happy about what they're doing to this person and look like they're having a good time. It also looks like this may be in a foreign land because the people don't look american. (No offense)

i think that these cuban men are having the traditional milk and paint festival were they milk cows then paint a picture of there favorite minecraft character out of the milk (thats totally a mincraft man on the picture) and then they are judged by how accurate they are
