I would have to say TV cartoons for this question. Don't get me wrong, my mother also has a great influence on me, but a lot of time, especially in the summertimes, it were the cartoons on television who metaphorically raised me. Indeed, they taught me many valuable moral lessons (e.g. self-confidence, respect towards others, etc.). Sometimes, through the cartoons' world, I got exposed to a lot of sensitive topics that weren't usually discussed in real life (ex: divorce, cancer, the downsides of capitalism, dystopia).
