Practicing Good Nutrition

Eating a range of colors with fruit and vegetables. Getting adequate protein for your activity levels. Food is fuel for the body and what you put in will come out. Especially for athletes food will effect your performance, and students ability to focus in school. Not having enough time to put in proper nutrients or eating breakfast before school may interfere with your nutrition.

         <title>Emotional Health: Set and Work Toward Goals
Knowing what you want and working hard to achieve it. Writing them down and saying them a lot can be scary but will push you forward and make you work hard towards them. Setting goals is beneficial as you are more likely to succeed and achieve higher and push yourself more then you knew possible. It also feels awesome once you achieve them. The only thing that truly can get in the way of yours goals is yourself. You determine your future!</title>

Getting Help When Needed
Classes often go by quickly and it&#39;s easy to fall behind and miss key material. Ways you can get help are seeing teachers at lunch, getting a tutor or using your school&#39;s free tutors. You tube videos along with Khan Academy and other online resources can help too. It&#39;s easy to get confused but many resources are available in and out of school to help.</title>

It is beneficial because then you wont have any regrets 
Things that might get in the way of making good decisions is peer pressure or living up to someone else´s expectations. That is why it is best to live and make healthy decisions for yourself.
