Below is my input on Dima's performance during the interviews.

She was shy and weak in managing those interviews.

I noticed that she was focusing on just doing the interview and answering the question when she felt shy. Thus, the quality of the data generated wasn't sufficient enough.

Strengths:
She had good skills, like a bulldozer in Photoshop programs.


She just needs to improve her personality and try to develop her communication skills.

Areas of development :

Below is my input on Nehal's performance during work.

Although she finishes all her tasks on time, l noticed that she is quite weak in submitting the tasks by email. 

It was noticed that she had issues in dealing with Gmail and Google Drive.

I can tell that she completes her daily tasks. She has communication skills and has high team spirit. She's supportive to other team members as well.

Although Ruba is cooperative with patients, I noticed that she doesn't warn women who are pregnant to stay away from the exam room, which may affect the baby's health.
