Willow Tree experiment is Van Helmont's experiment on growth of plants. He prepares a pot with soil and measured it to see where do trees get mass from. Then, he grew the tree for 5 years and takes out. He measured tree's and soil's weight. However, the tree became 72 kg and soil only lose 60g. To conclude, this experiment shows that the trees get mass from the carbon dioxide.
