Importance de l'anonymat et des remerciements. Informer que remplir le questionnaire prend peu de temps, qu'il y a plusieurs possibilités de réponses (à la mairie ou en ligne) et une date-butoir. Ce questionnaire serait diffusé dans la presse locale et sur le site de la commune? Connaître l'âge des personnes qui répondent est un bon indicateur. QCM donc facile à remplir. Evaluation de la structure. Possibilité de mettre des commentaires. Pour la question 2 on pourrait peut-être ajouter "Par intérêt personnel"(pour les personnes qui s'inscrivent toujours dans les bibliothèques lorsqu'elles arrivent dans une nouvelle commune). La question 3 pourrait être divisée en deux "En moyenne combien de temps restez-vous à la bibliothèque?".
