I'm writing a complaint about the cleanliness of the men's restrooms because I've noticed that the floor is often dirty, as is the mirror.

Sometimes the restrooms don't have enough water to be used properly. I think maybe they're not working properly, or maybe they could be checked.

I would like them to be cleaned more frequently so that the restrooms are cleaner.

Dear Mr. Dominguez, I write this letter to inform you that your internet service has been to bad recently and I have had problems at my job because of that.

The problem I am dealing with is that I have random disconnections and slow internet since 3 months ago. I have tried to solve this by myself but my skills are not enough so I decided to contact with your customer service, that I must say, is as bad as my internet, and I explain you why: I talked with Mrs. Rodriguez about my problem, but I noticed that she was not able to help me because she didn't have enough experience and she was disrespectful when she told me: "I have done everything to help you but it seems that the problem is yours and the place you live in" with a mean attitude .

I am sending to you some pictures as a proof that my internet has been so lame and I ask to you for help, because I need to solve this as soon as posible, mostly because you were supposed to offer a good service to all your customers.

I hope you help me this time or I am going to make a formal complaint to a federal organization, I'll give you a week to do things in the right way.

I am writing to complaint about a pair of air Jordan shoes that I bought on your Nike website.

When I purchased them all was fine, but when they arrived they turned out to be just a pair of toys that looked like the shoes, when they were supposed to be the real and original ones. The advertisement clearly said that they were the real shoes. And even the price was the same that the other models of Jordan’s had. Then I sent a message to the customer service and they told me that it was my fault because I did not bought the correct product, when I actually did, I was about to explode. Then I explained them the situation and they told me they will give me a refund in the next 48 hours. A whole week passed and nothing happened.

I find this unacceptable. First, the product was not what it was supposed to be; second, the customer service did not have the right attitude, and finally they could not give me a solution.

I would like to have a refund for the same amount money that I paid. I hope to hear a response from you within the next 7 days.

I'm writing this complain because in my classroom the tv isn't working and sometimes turn off suddenly.

Another thing to better is air conditioner sometimes isn't working, I wish you could do something about this flaw.

When the weather is hot, in the classroom feels boiling and we need turn on the air conditioner but, not working.

This situation is uncomfortable, so I think this is a problematic situation and the harmon hall must fixed it.

I hope we can talk about it in the next class and choose the deadline considering that the problem is complicated to fixed it.

The past january 13 I ordered the book "Human acts". It was supposed to aarrived on February, it is already may and it hasn't arrived yet.

I tried to contact the seller, Juan, but when I sent him the email asking for the book, he answered in a rude way. He said "I send the package at the time, sorry, but I can't do anything about it." I aim getting in contant with you, Ms. Sarah, so you can help me with this problem.
