Studying has been invented for centuries and has been used everywhere with the target to enable adults to be able to share their own knowledge with younger generations, thus improving the future for said generations. In 2020, during the Covid-19 pandemic, studying was shortly paused due to the fact that students had to stay indoors to avoid the deadly disease, luckily a solution was created in a short time called "online learning". Fast forward 3 years later when we have finally recovered from the pandemic, schools have further utilized online learning by combining it with the traditional face-to-face learning style and created "blended learning". Blended learning is a style of learning where the educator would use digital learning devices, for example phones, desktops, etc and use them to benefit the efficiency of both offline studying and independent studying time through sending information online, providing 24/7 communication to the entire class and more. Students also have shown to significantly benefit from this, as results over the past few years has not gone down and instead went up in terms of good scores, let's look at a few examples to further prove this statement. First off, blended learning acts as a shield, protecting us from unnecessary traveling because extra class teachers can easily send work or host online classes for students to attend if the weather outside is horrible or simply not suitable for students who have to travel long distances to class. Secondly, blended learning encourages students to customize their own schedule so that it suits them the best, the reason for this is that having the ability to only study offline either in the morning or evening allows students to sign up to additional classes online at home, giving them plenty of options in terms of setting their own schedule. Third and finally, blended learning trains students in the teamwork region, there's many obvious reasons for this, for example students have direct and easy access to multiple sources of information, aiding them in the process of debating and agreeing in team activities , additionally, like previously stated, students have free and easy ways to communicate to each other, making the process of sending updates and progress much easier. In conclusion, blended learning is an excellent way of studying, as many of the disadvantages in both traditional and learning online learning have lessened effects on a student's studying when blended learning is applied, making it one of the safest and most efficient way to study by far.

First, students can freely control their own ability to absorb and learn. Some people learn more effectively in the traditional way, but there are also many people who learn using technology and will develop more. In addition, students can freely access available documents on online websites, learn and accumulate lessons for themselves (do exercises, answer questions, learn by playing games). Second, students develop their own teamwork and communication abilities. There will be many opportunities to form pairs and large groups to study and share your own ideas. In addition, group work is not only limited to the classroom, it also extends outside of class time, building students' initiative and self-discipline. So why blended learning is the best way to learning , blended learning is created by online and face to face learning. Each learning style has its own advantages and disadvantages . First with online learning help students save time and money if they need to move . Both student and teacher feel convenient with online learning if they have not enough time to go to classroom

Online learning help students and teacher more idea for learning or lecturing and we have more time for pairwork and group work . But disadvantage of online learning is need student who must have high self-awareness if they want to achieve desired results and because learn at online so both student and teacher need the internet connection is strong enough . Continue is face to face learning. The advantage of this learning is help students and teacher closer than online learning . Traditional learning help students teamwork better , teacher can supervising and motivating students is easier. Students will also feel more inspired to learn when everyone around them is studying hard . But the disadvantage is need student and teacher have to move to classroom , somebody has home verry far from classroom someone have to rent . So a learning combining the benefits of both and compensating each other is the most effective way to learn .

The learning model that combines both traditional and practical learning is very popular and is called blended learning in English. This is an educational model with a modern approach that can flexibly combine the two. form of interaction between students and lecturers quickly. In addition, Blended Learning helps students control their learning process more effectively. This helps increase learners' autonomy and helps them use language independently. From that process, they will become more confident and use language more effectively, and students will also learn a greater sense of responsibility and self-awareness. The combined learning program covers a lot of knowledge and skills, requiring students to actively receive information, meaning they know how to learn and ask questions about issues and information before receiving it. This helps form critical thinking, a skill that helps people think independently, logically and solve problems systematically. Thereby creating a young generation that constantly wonders and innovates, optimizing educational effectiveness. Combined teaching allows students to study at home, without having to go to big cities or abroad to attend the courses they want. Thanks to that, it is easy to access the necessary knowledge and save a lot of costs for travel, accommodation, rent, etc. In addition to being convenient for students, it also helps teachers in many ways. An environment with many technological devices allows teachers to make the most of software and applications to refresh lessons and create intuitive and attractive content. Thereby, it is possible to train teachers' creative thinking and at the same time attract students' attention to the learning content. And teachers can promote or adjust their communication methods and lesson design, helping as many students as possible to keep up and progress with the class.

Blended learning, the fusion of online resources and traditional classroom methods, is revolutionizing education. This approach offers a potent mix of benefits, enhancing student engagement and catering to individual needs. Imagine accessing engaging online lectures at your own pace, followed by interactive group discussions led by a teacher. This empowers students to master foundational concepts independently, while face-to-face sessions become spaces for deeper exploration, collaboration, and personalized guidance.

Furthermore, blended learning breaks down physical barriers, enabling participation from anywhere with an internet connection. This opens doors for geographically dispersed learners or those with scheduling challenges. The online component also fosters self-directed learning, equipping students with valuable digital literacy skills essential in today's world. By harnessing the power of technology and the irreplaceable value of human interaction, blended learning creates a dynamic learning environment that caters to diverse needs and learning styles, ultimately paving the way for a more personalized and successful educational journey.

In the post-covid period, when everyone has returned to normal. In my opinion, the solution of online and offline teaching is predicted to be a new trend in the future of Vietnam's education industry and is an important digital transformation step in education. In the new normal context, although most students have been able to return to school to participate in face-to-face learning, many students are still unable to go to school due to the effects of the epidemic. Combining online teaching is the best solution in this situation when ensuring all students can access the lessons. Furthermore, digital transformation is one of the future directions of the education industry, so the installation of equipment and software for teaching and learning needs to be done sooner or later.

In the future, the online education model will certainly continue to be maintained. However, direct teaching cannot be completely eliminated. Therefore, the model combining both online and offline will be the future of Vietnam's education industry. Digital transformation is not just a temporary solution during the pandemic, but the ultimate goal is to bring the best results to both beneficiaries and instructors. The most difficult problem of digital transformation in education is changing perspectives on education. Students must actively and interact with open data sources. The education system must change its strategy, determine its desired output goals, and finally get the consensus of parents. But in return, there are many benefits in combining online and offline learning. First, Students can participate in classes anytime, anywhere, even while receiving treatment at home. Teachers only need to teach in class to be able to teach students in class and online at home at the same time, reducing the burden on teachers. Second, this helps students self-study, proactively search, and maximize their own creativity. Next, reduce transportation time and travel costs for parents, and spend time at home focusing on Other things are more effective. Still self-study, still able to communicate via the network, online Video Call if necessary.
