Crowded with family's joy

All happy till old

Little snapper

Big napper

Never cared

Gets scared

Wants food

Has mood

Eats fast

Doesn’t last

Trying to pick the fruit

Then I slip and fall

But I never hit the ground

I float endlessly

I am happy

But I miss the ground

I miss what I had

I miss my bed

Now I am sad

The ground is close

But it looks too far to reach

I got used to it

I make the most of it

Even if it hurts to stay up

I will keep floating

Now I accept it

The ground will never be mine again

People all around

I wave hi

And say good morning

Their faces twist

They look different

But I keep walking

Their faces begin to melt

So I begin to jog

I am hungry

I see a hotdog stand

I decide to order

It looks odd

I ask the man at the stand

What meat is this

“The usual” he says

When I look up

He’s just bones

So I begin to run

People turn to dust

Now I’m alone and scared

So I sprint

I make it to my street

Houses gone

I see where my house once laid

So I sit

And wonder what if

It grabs you by the hand and won’t let go

The longer it lasts the more is gets worse

You try to hide it but it always shows

Bigger the feelings, the bigger the risks

Love is like a disease that will not stop

It will never go, it'll always exist

Love will hit so hard you will start to drop

Hard to forget, can't be bothered by it

We have no choice but to give into love

Can't be shy, only choice is to commit

All must be set free from the living dove

Love isn't a feeling, it's a curse
