Pattern: the eyes are mainly shaped the same, while the teeth/mouth aren’t.

Color : The colors are varied, but for the most part they are often vibrant, popping choice of colors. 

Balance : Each feature carefully placed so they are aligned with everything else. 

Texture : Just based off looks, it can be easily seen that they are soft, fluffy, smooth but oddly like a carpet. 

Proportion : Once again, it depends on which doll you are taking about, but mostly their heads make up roughly about half of their body.
