Additionally, the "black box" nature of some AI models creates accountability challenges when errors occur. I believe it is critical to strike a balance between innovation and regulation. Establishing transparent AI governance frameworks is essential to ensure that technological progress remains aligned with the core principle of patient-centric care.</p>]]></description>

Regarding employment, AI may automate certain tasks performed by radiologists and pathologists, but it will also create new roles in AI system maintenance and data annotation. On privacy, the digitization and sharing of health data increase the risk of breaches, necessitating stronger legal protections. Concerning equity, AI has the potential to improve healthcare access in rural areas, but if not deployed thoughtfully, it could exacerbate existing disparities. In my view, society must collectively address these challenges through proactive policy-making and public education. The goal must be to ensure that AI serves as a tool for universal benefit, not a new source of social division.</p>]]></description>
