Fact: Plants have certain methods of self defense

Connection: One connection between plants and humans is the self defense method. Plants release a smell that simulates a scream. This is also true in humans, when humans get attacked they usually scream. Which usually then alerts others that they are in trouble. Also since the tobacco plant, releases chemical messages that alert insects that eat the plant. As we said before, this is also true in humans when they get attacked. They find a way to alert others.

There is a vine that dies if it can't find a host plant.

My grandma has a tomato garden and sometimes when I help her get the tomatoes she tells me about all the bugs and vines that hurt her fruits and veggies.

fact:   Scientists use high tech time lapsed cameras to explore the roots and flowers. Plant roots are just like animals when their looking for food..

Connection: I like doing time lapse videos of like my fish and random stuff that grow and over a day I can see a difference from what they were before.
Another Connection is I love to take time lapse of the sky because it is really cool to see how the sky has changed and were the clouds have moved to.

Fact: Over 3 days the growth of a root increases as it tracks down a nutrient field, then it slows down.
Quote: "All plants release like a smell" so does this have anything to do with some things going to certain plants?
