         <title>BANANA OAT PANCAKES</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This is a healthy breakfast we usually have at the weekend. They are sugar free and my children love them. <br>INGREDIENTS:<br>· 125 ml of milk<br>· 1 banana<br>· 2 teaspoons of baking powder<br>· 100 g of rolled oat<br>· 2 eggs<br>· vanilla exctract<br>· fruit, yoghurt or honey to top<br>METHOD:<br>Use a blender or Thermomix.<br>1. Put the milk, eggs, banana, oats, baking powder and vanilla in a <a href="https://www.bbcgoodfood.com/content/test-five-best-blenders">blender</a> and process to make a smooth mixture.<br>2. Heat a pan, spray some oil and pour the batter (mixture) into the pan. Cook for 1-2 minutes (until bubbles appear on the top). Flip and cook the other side.<br>3. Add your favourite toppings: strawberries, yoghurt, syrup, honey...<br>SERVE AND ENJOY THIS HEALTHY BREAKFAST!</div><div><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <title>HEALTHY CARROT CAKE</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>INGREDIENTS:&nbsp;<br>-&nbsp; 2 bananas<br>- 250 g oat flour<br>- 2 teaspoons of cinnamon<br>- 1 pinch of salt<br>- 110 ml of olive oil<br>- 3 eggs<br>- 170g of grated carrot<br>- 1 sachet of baking powder<br>- 70 g of nuts<br>-&nbsp; 150 g of panela&nbsp;<br>* ICING:<br>- 200 g of yogurt<br><br>STEPS:&nbsp;<br>Step 1: Preheat the oven at 160 °C.<br>Step 2: Use a bowl and add the flour, the salt and the baking powder.<br>Step 3: Blend 2 bananas in a blender.<br>Step 4: Add the banana mixture and the grated carrot into the bowl. Then mix all the ingredients.<br>Step 5: Smash the nuts and add them into the bowl.&nbsp;<br>Step 6: Pour the mixture in a cake mold and place it in the oven for 60-75 minutes.<br>Step 7: Take the cake out from the oven and top it up with yogurt.<br>Finally, your carrot cake is ready to be served.<br>Enjoy this dessert!</div>]]></description>

         <title>EGGPLANTS WHIT MILK.</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>This is an old and typical recipe from Mallorca. Usually this meal was cooked in the summer, which was the season when the eggplants were grown in our island. Today we can buy eggplants all year.<br><br><strong>Ingredients:</strong><em><br>3 eggplants<br>2 garlic<br>10 tomatoes (ramellet)<br>2&nbsp; eggs<br>1/2 cup of hazelnuts<br>Milk<br>Flour<br>Oil, salt and papikra.<br><br></em><strong><em>Metohd :<br><br>- </em></strong>Cut the eggplants longitudinal and leave them in salted water for more or less half hour.<br>- Meanwhile clean the tomatoes abd grill or roast them.<br>- Pell the tomatoes and the garlic. Separate the yolks from the white of the eggs. Raise the white.<br>- Chop the tomatoes whit the garlic until you have a sauce. Then add the yolks, salt and paprika.<br>- Dry the eggplants and batter them whit flour. Fry them.<br>- Place the eggplants in layers into an overproof.<br>- Slowly, pour the milk and cover the eggplants.<br>- First put on the eggplants the mix of tomatoes, afterwards add the egg white, finally put some chopped hazelnuts.<br>- Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until the milk is compact and the top is brown.<br><br>You can eat this meal hot or cold, but cold is better. Cut it into slices and serve it whit salad.<br><br><em><br><br></em><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Potatoes to the Huancayna<br>Ingredientes &nbsp; (for six people)<br><br>5 potatoes.<br>3 yellow Peppers.<br>1 1/2 salt biscuit package.<br>2 tusbs&nbsp; of fresh cheese "Burgo de Arias".<br>Salt to taste.<br>250 ml. Evaporated Milk.<br>1 soopon of oíl.<br>1 egg of boiled.<br>Black olive.<br>Leves of lettuce.<br><br>Preparation:<br>1- In a potatoes cook&nbsp; with their peel and salt.<br>Let cool.then peel them. Cut them in to slices.<br>2- Remove the sedes from the Chili Peppers, pass them through hot water.Then cut them in to pieces.<br>3- In the blender glass, put the bisscuit, fresh cheese, Peppers,salt oíl and cover with the evaporated Milk. Blend until it forms one cream . If necessary add milk.<br>4- Servidor with lettuce leaf, oliveros and egg.<br>This is a typical starter peruvian.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <title>CHEESECAKE</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Hello! Today we are going to prepare a delicious cheesecake.<br><br>Ingredients:<br><br></div><ul><li>300g Maria cookies&nbsp;</li><li>100g unsalted butter</li><li>500g cream cheese</li><li>250g curd cheese</li><li>200g sugar</li><li>250ml heavy cream</li><li>1 tablespoon vanilla extract</li></ul><div><br></div><div>Preparation:</div><div><br></div><ol><li>Crush the Maria cookies.</li><li>Melt the butter in the microwave or in a double boiler and mix with the crushed cookies.</li><li>Cover the base of a cake tin with the biscuit mixture and press down with a spoon to make it compact.</li><li>In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese with the sugar and vanilla extract until it is a homogeneous mixture.</li><li>Heat the curd cheese in a saucepan until it is liquid and add it to the cheese mixture. Mix well.</li><li>Add the heavy cream to the cheese mixture and mix well.</li><li>Pour the mixture over the biscuit base in the cake tin and spread it evenly.</li><li>Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until the cheesecake solidifies.</li></ol><div><br>here is the cake, enjoy it!!</div><div><br></div>]]></description>
