         <description><![CDATA[<div>&nbsp; &nbsp; In the book Lennie and George's goal or dream was to own their own farm. In that farm there where supposed to be a rabbits and other animals."'Well,' said George, 'we'll have a big vegetable patch and a rabbit hutch and chickens. And when it rains in the winter, we'll just say the hell with goin' to work, and we'll build up a fire in the stove and set around it an' listen to the rain comin' down on the roof" (page 14-15&nbsp; The entire time they were working they kept going because of the idea of their own farm. No matter how hard it got they thought about the dream and they kept working.</div>]]></description>

         <title>2. Crook&#39;s dream of everyone being equal.</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>&nbsp; In 1930's in Oklahoma there were still a lot of people that were racist. So Crooks was left out of a lot of lot of things. He couldn't&nbsp; stay or go near the bunkhouse for everyone because of his colour. "You got no right to come to my room. This here's my room. I ain't wanted in the bunkhouse&nbsp; (page 68)He was threatened to be hung by Curley's wife " Well you keep your place nigger. I could get you strung up on a tree so easy and it ain't even funny" (page81)Even though this dream was realized it didn't materialize until 20 years later. Crooks wasn't allowed to go into the same washroom white people went in. Even though everything was stacked against he kept at his job because he knew one day that he might just be able to be the same as them&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>" 'Nother time I met a guy and he was into pitchers. Went out to the Riverside Dance Palace with him. Says I was natural. Soon's he got back to Hollywood he was gonna write to me about it... I never got that letter.( page 88)n the book Curley's wife had the dream of becoming a movie star but she missed her opportunity of becoming a actor and as you can see she still thinks about it. She gets through everyday thinking about that letter she was supossed to get so that she could achieve her dream but Curley's wife kept moving on  to make it.</div>]]></description>
