The sewing machine was originally created by Ellis Howe in 1846 the sewing machine was used to help create clothing it was a way to attach two pieces of cloth to make a shirt or pants the sewing machine has been around for many many years even after it's great discovery we still use it today and I think it is funny how something that was created so very long ago is still in use today and just about the same way
