         <description><![CDATA[<div>it changes the mean because it could ethier make it really big or really small. take our homework for example one problem was along the lines of 51, 52 ,53 , 54 and then you would get a big number for the average but on the other side it had one that said 3, 51, 52, 53, 54 and the number decreased in size . so the outliner can decrease or increase the mean<br><br></div>]]></description>
