路況:
1) 80%石屎路, 相當好行
2) 初時大上坡, 起點由100米, 急升至440米， 主要為斜坡及樓梯級。
3) 中後段平坦
4) 後段下坡
5) 全程較多分支, 部份地方收不到電數據
6)中後段才有流動洗手間

補給:
1) 到8公里後的清快塘村時才有士多。有飲品及小量食品供應。
2)請準備午餐

注意事項：
1) 每人帶水最少1.5升-2升
2) 帶備午餐/生果/輕口糧
3) 行山杖(若有)
4) 穿運動鞋(行山鞋)/背包/運動服
5) 防曬用品
