It's hard to feel motivated for learning if your tutors aren't bothered either. It would also really help if tutors were prepared for lessons, instead of having to leave lessons for equipment or set up the darkroom. Damian has been my lecturer for 3 years at SLC and the teaching has been brilliant every year. He will explain the work and fine ways to make it easlier if you are struggling. Always makes it fun and not boring and makes sure we always hit are target grades.
