The red represents that we all have the same color blood and it is not looks that always matters(splotched it for contrast). The world represents that everyone in the world looks different and we should not shame somebody for how they look no matter how they are physically built. The diversity with builds in the original photo is very similar and seen as the ideal body type for women.
