 (4) 40-50% WWR for air-conditioned parts of the building. A
WINDOW FOR EVERY PATIENT makes the façade design challenging especially for AC
Wards but ensures a HEALTHY interior for patients .

It has a unique architecture with blocks stacked in a Hexagonal arrangements.

The stacked design create an unblock view and each blocks are opened to natural light and wind. Each stack block also cast shadow/shade and this reduce heat radiation through the glazed window. This design also provide natural wind flow and good ventilation. Thus less energy is required to cool the internal space.

The stacked design allow for more sky gardens to be build on each stacked module which provide good shade and heat/noise insulation. Greenery surround the perimeter of the condominium, the trees and  plants help to reduce air pollutants, block noise and improve air quality.

Have unique facade design with  Horizontal louvers running throughout facing wall supports the structural rigidity. Casement window design allows maximum daylight into the shops. Double glazedWindows prevents glaring  and Radiation. At same time design provides Unobstructed view which is necessary for shopping mall to attract crowd.
