         <description><![CDATA[<p>Wooo for our Latino kiddos making a significant amount of growth in ELA! We have some wonderful supports (Kelly Biala!). I notice that ELA did really well across the board (so did math) and it just makes me continue to wonder about the need for CommonLit. This wondering will inform my decisions about teaching as I am going to try to keep the things that worked well last year.  </p>]]></description>

That seems about as good as it gets. </p><p>-Good growth in demographic categories.</p><p>-While 6th grade ELA has good scores and growth overall, they usually have better growth. Not sure what happened. Maybe it's my fault.</p><p>- The percentage of students at proficient and exceeds is higher than ever (since 2014).</p><p>-Math shows great growth. Must be the new curriculum!</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Our numbers are consistently better/higher than the district and we are trending to moving past pre-pandemic levels…why does the district keep moving towards a “one size fits all” when we are doing great? We know every school and every classroom is different so why does the district keep treating every school and every classroom as the same? Seems like the opposite of best practice. </p>]]></description>
