Regarding the section above, are you wanting an estimated cost for salary and the allowances we are providing or are you looking for just what allowances we are providing, and how we are providing them? 

If you could clarify that for me, I would greatly appreciate it! 

Answer: The latter. You do not have to provide exact estimates. It is what kind of allowances and compensation you believe are the best option for your chosen candidate.
