Ingredients :
1 egg
4 tablespoons sugar
1 small packet vanilla sugar
1/2 tablespoon corn flour
1/3 liter of milk

plus : 
biscuits à la cuiller
700/800 grams  raspberries (fresh or frozen).

  1. Mix the ingredients (egg, sugar, vanilla, flour, milk)  in a saucepan until combined. Heat the mixture, whipping constantly.
  2. The preparation is ready when it is getting thicker.
  3. Keep in the fridge until the next day.

 On the following day :
  1. Line a mould with biscuits à la cuillère after rolling them in the raspberry juice.
  2. Pour a layer of the mixture and then a layer of raspberries.
  3. Continue and finish with a layer of cream and biscuits.

Close the mold and put in the fridge for the night. You can serve with raspberry sauce.
