A lot of US citizen believed that there could be a possible nuclear war because of the tension with USSR and the United States. Martin Luther King Jr and Malcolm X were leaders of the movement even though they had different views of how African Americans could get their rights. Most of the protests would end with police brutality were white policies men would hurt or kill innocent African Americans. This photo is very powerful because it show the hate that white’s had for African Americans and how everyone was more closed minded to change.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
